Class Details

Online yoga classes remain popular, meaning you can continue to join me from the comfort of your own home on a Thursday evening.  And with the further easing of Covid restrictions, I will also be running in-person workshops (details for our first one coming soon!).  Furthermore, you can find me teaching at the beautiful new Hotpod studio in the centre of Leicester.  I continue to deliver corporate classes online or in-person, so please do get in touch if you, your colleagues or your staff are interested and would like to know more.

Thursday 6pm – Online Yoga Flow – A blend of 4 traditional styles of yoga. Sun salutations, passive postures and a flowing sequence of postures moving with the breath. We find stillness as well as work on flexibility, alignment and strength.  Great for beginners and intermediate.

Book an online class with me here.  You can purchase a monthly membership for just £20. This gives you access to all Thursday live classes during the purchase period, a 1 hour recording, PLUS a 15 minute stretch recording.  You are never contracted to purchase every month, but free to purchase as and when you want to.  If you prefer, you can pay the drop in rate of £6.50 per live class – all new students pay just £5 for their very first session.

Monday 6.30pm and Friday 5pm – Hotpod Flow – Stretch, breathe and sweat as you melt fully into the Hotpod experience.  I will guide you through a flow of postures to work the body as well as calm the mind. Everybody welcome.
