Note: In a bid to keep my students safe and healthy and help prevent the spread of Covid-19 there are no physical studio classes running.  This is temporary and I will  continue to monitor government guidelines.  However, this does not mean you have to miss out on your yoga classes!  In the meantime you can practice with me online via the links below.  Also, a unique Yogi Bird member’s area is coming soon, so watch this space. 

Thursday 7.45am – Hotpod Flow – I will guide you through a flow of postures to work the body as well as calm the mind.

Thursday 6pm – Sun Power Yoga – A blend of 4 traditional styles of yoga. Sun salutations and a flowing sequence of postures moving with the breath. We find stillness as well as work on flexibility, alignment and strength.  Great for beginners and intermediate.

Saturday 9am – Fit and Flow – A fun, strength based yoga class combining aspects of fitness similar to HIIT with the fluid and constant movement of vinyasa yoga. You can expect sun salutations, warrior flows and all your favourite yoga poses with a creative twist! You’ll be challenged by moving non-stop but energised by connecting your breath to your movements. Yoga is not all about achieving postures but feeling strengthened and focused in body and mind. A good full body burn but most importantly leave feeling calm and ready for the weekend!
